Prizes Sponsored by Prima Toys

A couple of weeks, Ava and I were invited to the Prima Toys media day, which really is a fabulous afternoon for kids, getting to play with all the exciting new toys in Prima’s line up and a torture session for us parents, as we try to figure out ways to get our children to leave without having a full melt down over having to leave the gorgeous toys behind! There was much begging, much negotiating, much bribing and much threatening going on when I dragged Ava out of there!

The toys that were showcased included LeapFrog’s LeapReader, which really really impressed me, I’d love to get a few of these books for Ava, not only does it teach children to read but it also teaches them to write as well and also all the great Mega Bloks ranges, Ava loves the Barbie Mega Bloks and on showcase were also Skylanders Mega Bloks. Other hot toys this Christmas that were on showcase were Bratz & Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Of course, Ava’s two most favourite toys which were showcased and which she is still talking about and asking for, two weeks on is Furby & Tekno Puppy!

Of course, all this fabulous coincides with the launch of Prima Toys’s new searchable website. Go check it out, the search function is fabulous, allowing even the most clueless of Aunties and Uncles to now buy age appropriate toys for the special children in their lives!
