I was sent a tub of Organic Baobab Fruit Powder from Eco Products to try earlier this week and I was blown away after reading up on the health benefits of Baobab fruit!
The list is long, are you ready for it?
Baobab fruit is literally a super fruit!

I don’t mean to be a stickler but surely this can’t be low carb at 26g/100g of powder – and the sugars seem very high too. What am I missing here?
Sharon says
Hi Cheryl
If you look at the recipe, the carb content balanced out by fibre etc equates to 3g’s per carbs per serving.
On other sites I’ve read up on re. Baobab powder, they generally state that a 10gram serving equates to 3.9g’s of carbs so I think that is still within the low carb range.
